In order to proceed with your reservation, we will require you to provide us a credit card number and expire date, we will proceed with the charge of 50% of the total amount of your booking. Please note that this amount is nonrefundable.

Cancelation policy:

1. In case the reservation is canceled until seven days before arrival, we will refund the amount transferred, or postpone your reservation giving you the possibility of 1 year credit.

2. Cancellations after 7 days of arrival are not accepted and the amount of the signal will not be refunded, however we can still postpone the reservation and offer a 1 year credit.

Check in time will be at 2pm, check out time at 12pm. If you desire to come earlier you can start enjoying our facilities such as the swimming pool, we will store your luggage until your room will be ready.
