A window from Bali to the world continues, live from Guru Canggu.

This time, we have as our guest Fena Evans, born and raised in Indonesia. Having undergone Hospitality Management education, Fena began volunteering at  R.O.L.E. Foundation in 2012. Two years later she invested her Hospitality knowledge into creation of an education program (Bali WISE) for underprivileged women from all around Indonesia to help them escape the poverty cycle. The Balinese hospitality industry responded with tremendous support, sharing know-how and training. That helped Bali WISE to build an education opportunity for 120 women annually, of whom up to 87% are being employed in the industry after completing the Program. Fena is currently the head of the Organization, running Environment and Skills Education Programs with great direct and indirect impact.
