Any and all information’s collected by GURU CANGGU are used solely for purpose of processing your order. Once you create an account with GURU CANGGU, you are automatically included in our update’s newsletters and correspondences.
Refund policy
Return Policy
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. GURU CANGGU reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
GURU CANGGU reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with our return policy.
To request a return authorization number (RAN) please write an email to [email protected] with your order reference number and your GURU CANGGU login name with the description of the item you want to return and the desired nature of return. You will receive an email from GURU CANGGU with your RAN number and instruction for the return shipment.
The two types of Returns are:
Size Exchange
Client must pay return shipping costs. Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same item is available. GURU CANGGU will pay the second shipment.
Partial Refund
In case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the Client responsibility. The amount will be deducted from the final refund. Refund will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. Order paid by bank transfer or Credit Card will be refunded to the original account. All refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded, are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the order delivery date.
Shipment and Fees
Shipping cost is not included.
Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees.
Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
GURU CANGGU ships worldwide using DHL postal service.
GURU CANGGU does not deliver to P.O.Boxes.
Shipment Date
AVAILABLE ITEMS: Items that are already available will be shipped in 5-7 business days following order completion.
We remind the first-time Clients that GURU CANGGU can request DOKU to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

GURU CANGGU shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of GURU CANGGU.
When the order is shipped, Clients will receive an email from GURU CANGGU specifying the DHL tracking number with a direct link to the website to monitor the shipment status.
Terms of service
This notice contains the terms and legal conditions that legislate the website GURU CANGGU. Users of GURU CANGGU accept and agree to respect all the conditions included in this declaration. If users do not accept these terms GURU CANGGU reserves the right to ask the Users to refrain from using the GURU CANGGU web site.
Prices on GURU CANGGU already include taxes.
Processing Orders
GURU CANGGU reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank. Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. It is at the sole discretion of GURU CANGGU to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.
Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the items in color and size. Once the order is processed by the Orders Department GURU CANGGU reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise and verify the transaction’s validity. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
GURU CANGGU decline every responsibility if, due to a particular configuration of a client computer or to malfunctions, the colors of the products displayed on the web site might appear to be slightly different from the original.
Images on GURU CANGGU belong to GURU CANGGU and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of GURU CANGGU is forbidden.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?
It is advisable to bring your GURU CANGGU piece to the laundry and ask for a dry clean. Still if you want to wash it yourself, avoid machines and wash it by hand in cold or slightly lukewarm water. Most importantly dry it in the shade.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
GURU CANGGU ships worldwide using EMS postal service. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the responsibility of the Client.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Generally, within 7 days. Maybe quicker! Average transit times are: America, Europe, Africa 6-7 days, Australia, Asia 4-5 days.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or partial refund within 7 days of the delivery date. The security tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Read all the details here.
